Have you tried clearing the CMOS?
To do this, unplug the computer, press the power button (clear out any residual power), take out the CMOS battery (looks like a small coin), wait 10 minutes, put the battery back in, plug the computer back in, and turn it back on.
If that doesn't help, try to reseat the processor and reapply thermal paste, as your processor could be overheating.
Can you tell us what type of cooling you have in your system, as in how many fans and where?
