Thanks for the quick reply.
I ran CleanUp and then Panda Scan. Below is the Panda log. Doesn't look like much going on. I will say, that this is the same item we had trouble with back in December/January, but I thought we managed to find the Sent Items folder and delete it. Regardless, that folder is no longer in that location, at least not that I can see.
I would be moving my .pst files to the new machine, so if something is infected in there I'm thinking it would be prudent to resolve it, right?
