Hi again

The devldr32.exe file is related to Creative Labs soundcards – it’s legit.

The Trojans in System Volume are being held in the System Restore points – we’ll flush them out later.

Let’s get rid of that Viewpoint file.

Open HijackThis and click on Config > Misc Tools. Now look for the button ‘Delete a file on reboot’. Click the button and a Browse window will open. You need to navigate to where the file is located – in this case C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\. Then click on the file name – HijackThis will ask you to reboot – say ‘Yes’. After the reboot, you should be able to delete the Viewpoint folder.

Let me know how that goes.
