Hi,

A couple of days ago my Dell Inspiron 6000, started freezing,

When I boot it up it seems to load, and, then it will not let me into anything, after a few minutes the cursor freezes.

The day before this happened I downloaded an anti key logger program, and, initialised AIRoboform, which had been on my desktop for a while, the only other thing loaded were a couple of genuine Serif photo programs.

I'm not a techie so if any one has a solution could you make it very very simple,
