MSI's MS-1032 Laptop Won't Boot

I just put together my new laptop, using MSI's MS-1032 barebone notebook, and it won't boot. There is absolutely no beeps, including when I remove the RAM. When I turn the power on, the fan starts spinning, and the LED lights up, but nothing on the screen. In order to turn it off, I have to hold down the power for the 5 secondsish.
Heres what I put in it.
2x 1GB Corsair So-dimm (400Mhz)
Pentium M 760 (533Mhz, 2.0Ghz)
Toshiba 100GB Hard Drive
Intel Wireless Card.

Any Ideas?
