My System

The P4C800-E, like all modern motherboards, supports 48 bit LBA (logical block addressing). That means it should support frighteningly huge hard disks (approximately 131,000 gigabytes). The biggest thing I've plugged into my P4C800-E is 300MB, but barring BIOS bugs, it should support larger disks then you could possibly need. The Windows file system is likely to be your only limit. FAT32 theoretically supports up to 2TB but it gets inefficient at that kind of size. You'll probably be better off using NTFS which can handle 64 bit (even more frighteningly huge) sizes.
