Hi,

First if you installed a different brand or model number of mobo from the original you have to at least do a repair install of windows this could be your problem but first I would try and determine if there is a hardware problem by unpluging the hdd, then start the computer and go into bios.

Now let the computer idle in bios fo 15 minutes and watch the temps and voltages. Post them here for use to evaluate.
