Cry Will not boot BIOS - I THINK!

Really could do with some help. My PC (P4 CPU) was running fine for a year. Now I get a dead screen on Boot. I have checked the power supply, Screen, Memory, and HD and they seem to be fine in the other computer. When I power the PC, Keyboard has the lights, Fan and the PC power lights are on too. At time, when I am lucky, I do get the Screen up and with a message the System has been booted few times, Cannot remmber the rest of the message. I have taken out the graphics cards and using the MOB and still have the same problem. If I take the memory out I get the bleep code to say no memory. I stripped out all the connections for the Drives and also removed the wireless cards. The other point that may be of help is when the system dies if it every boots I do get a message the HD DMA mode xxxx is present but not enabled on the bios. Forgot to add, I get no bleeps and no screen.
