Well, it's been nearly a month, so I figured you had formatted or reinstalled by now.
The Ewido scan by itself tells me little. I also need the other scan logs from the original fix I posted if you have them, but at the very least, I need a new HJT log.
Did you follow all the instructions for repairing your desktop I linked you to?
