I have tried 3 different PC2100 RAM sticks. Still blank screen. I have also placed the mobo outside of the case (with only power cable attached). No go either. So far tested two different PSU, didn't help.

It just seems it doesn't matter whether or not any video card is seated in the PCI slot(or AGP). It only complains (beeps) when RAM is not found. ******sigh******
