I do not have the XP disk.
My computer was custom built and I was not given the disks. What do I need to do to be able to use this function? The problem with restart has been going on for a while. I know it happened before Hurricane Katrina in 8/05. Everything down here is now stated as "before Katrina" and "after Katrina."
What is the next step in the malware removal process?
