Make sure the case speaker is properly connected.
Disconnect the drives.
Remove the video card and the ram and see if it beeps.
It may also be a bad CMOS battery on the motherboard.
If it starts beeping,then it is probable that the motherboard and
Cpu is OK.
Add back the video and 1 stick of ram and see if it boots.
If not and you have more than 1 stick of Ram,try the other 1.
