Open up Windows Explorer (keyboard short cut = the windows Key (next to Alt) and E)
When Windows Explorer opens you'll see the Directory of your computer on the left. Click the C: drive. The right main window will show the contents of C:
Right click and go to New > Folder. It will be called New Folder by default so rename it to HJT. Move everything in here:
C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\Temporary Directory 1 for hijackthis[1].zip\HijackThis.exe
To the new directory you just made: C:\HJT\
