Please try not to use chatspeak, as I find it difficult to understand. Take your time, and type out complete sentences, please.

If you don't already know, you're probably not using XP64.

Download & run this tool to find out for sure.....

And yes, if you have XP64, don't use CleanUp, but still boot to safe mode to run Ewido.
