ok i understand everything i am suppose to do, but for the step that says "Download Find3Q.zip & double-click on the executable within." when i went to click on the executiable file (and i had all the downsized programs open closed) i recieved the message: "please be advised thatthe usage of this tool is at your own risk. the tool may automatically log off to complete the removal of any infected files, if found. please close all opened windows before clicking OK to proceed." so i closed everything and i clicked OK annnd absolutely nothing happened. i dont know if that is what its suppose to do and over time the message pops up telling me whether im clean or not. soo.. i dont know what i am doing wrong! also the link to the cleanup.exe did not work, but i found the .exe file on another website, it should be reliable right? a cleanup.exe is a cleanup.exe right? thanks for your help again!!
