You have done well. We have disabled the majority of the threats. Let's press on with the disinfection process.

Before begining the fix, read this post completely. If there's anything that you do not understand, kindly ask your questions before proceeding. Ensure that there aren't any opened browsers when you are carrying out the procedures below. Save the following instructions in Notepad as this webpage would not be available when you're carrying out the fix.

As with earleir instructions, please perform everything in the correct order/sequence.

* * * * * *

Download Find3Q.zip & double-click on the executable within.
  1. If your machine is clean, it pops up a message saying "No infected files found"

  2. If it finds the uninstaller for the machine, it will pop up a message saying "UNINSTALLER FOUND!!! Press any key to continue " It will then run the uninstaller & reboot the machine.

  3. If there's no uninstaller & it finds any infected files, it will produce a log for you to post back here.

  • Have Ewido update itself & then exit the program.
If you are having problems with the updater, you can use this link to manually update Ewido

'UNPLUG'/DISCONNECT your computer from the Internet when you have finished downloading.
