What happens if you do the following:
Click Start->Run->Then Type "regedit"
Click File->Export and save a copy of your registry somewhere just in case
Then navigate to this entry:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\
Double click on "BootExecute" in the right hand pane. If a box pops up delete everything under "Value Data" after "autocheck autochk *"
