The report doesn't list down any dates but judging by the numbers, I reckon it's been there for quite a while.

These are processes belonging to the SecuROM User Access Service which is used to access disk images protected by SecureRom. It's a protective file most commonly used in game installations.

This next bit is taken from the Help section for Process Explorer... I believe that these are symptoms of a failing hardware
