Ok, I did the system restore off/on. Well, I'm unsure with McAfee, it came with our AOL subscription. I'm going to guess a few months with McAfee. Panda I had downloaded just a few days ago to try and figure out what was going on.

I'm in Process Explorer right now, and "System" is running between 50 and 65 % for the CPU. Deferred Procedure Calls are also taking up 20-50 % at any given time.

Hardware Interupts are running between 5 and 20% at any given time.

Also, I am concerned about a process called UAService.exe PID is 1724. This process has no description or company name. There is also a UAService7.exe, which is described as SECUrom from Sony DADC Austria AG.
