The Kaspersky scan report looks okay. Those are merely items in System Restore's cache. It wont do any harm unless you manually perform a System Restore. You may clear the cache by doing so...

Go to Start >> Run - type control sysdm.cpl,,4 & press Enter
  • Tick on the checkbox - Turn off System Restore on all drives
  • Click Apply
Turn it back 'On' by unticking the same checkbox & click OK

Please tell me how long you have had McAfee & Panda. This error message pertains to McAfee. For the moment, I'm not ruling out the possibility of conflicts caused by the 2 antivirus programs.

For the moment, let's download this utility - Process Explorer
Launch the program by double-clicking procexp.exe
Take a peek at System & tell me which modules are causing the overruns.
