Ok i have DSL PPPoE connection which means i use a username and password to log on.

Ok my dsl works and all i bought a laptop so i bought a router Linksys network everywhere router. Model NR041. I got this working once and i dont remember how i did it. I had to format a few months back and never redid the router.

I went through the setup CD's and instructions in the username and password i put those in. and at the top of the router setting it ask for hostname and domain name . i have tried leaving those blank. I tried putting sbcglobal.net in the domain name and hostname as my username. i have it set to pppoe connection and to obtain an ip address automatically. dunno what else to say. If anyone can help me please give me some suggestions to try. It is not connecting at all.
