Let's check the IE settings. Launch Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Security tab
On the
Advanced tab, ensure that "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" is checked.
If that doesn't solve the issue, please run another scan with HijackThis and post it here.
