According to that outlook, there would be a value of a dll file in the lower line of the properties sheet if you double click on the AppInit_DLLs "value name" in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows key, or it would be in the Data column on that main page.
According to the info you've provided, it appears as though you have the default of <blank, nothing there> in the value line, which is how my system appears in reglite.
If you're not experiencing any further problems, I think you can rest easy, as your log isn't presenting any issues.
