when you say the power supply switch, which one do you mean? I mean are you saying the switch on the front of the case? Surely you aren't talking about the 110 - 220 (120-240) switch on the back of the power supply? Just clarify for me.
I guess I don't understand how you can get it to run with the switch (don't know which one), but the On/Off post shorting does not work. That just does not add up for me. Not saying that is not what is happening, but seems sure strange.
Are all fans running and keep rinning when you get it to stay on?

I cannot get the computer to turn on at all.
The switch i am speaking of is the I/O (power on/off to psu, not the 120/240).
So when i flip the switch the lights come to the mobo and the POST screen on the mobo displaying as i said before.
