Hello I have an issue with my pc where it will not turn on. The lights on my motherboard light up and i get a post message on the post screen (mobo lcd) saying "f._" the _ space is blank. I shut it down last night after a lock up and i must have pushed the restart rather then shutdown icon, i stoped it mid boot out of fustration and shut it off using nthe front switch (i know this was a bad move by me but i was angry at the time).

I have tested the psu and found it was working fine when i used another pc or shorted a geen and black wire. I also cleared the cmos, removed battery, reseted psu plugs, checked connections, removed and reseated the video card and memory. I have checked my power switch and it works and i have used a screw driver to tap the 2 pins used for startup switch. Used 2 diffrent PSUs to test.

amd 64 3000
crucial performance memory
7800 gtx 256
lian li pc 1000
raptor 70 gig
2 x samsung dvd-rws
