Enable them. What kind of cpu are you using ? For amd you can set higher values. over 55 F is ugly for an intel cpu. 65-70 is bad for amds. I would stay on the safer side.
The pwrfan probably the censor is not working or it doesnt exist. I wouldnt worry about that.
