Hi again Cecilia

Clear your IE cookies. Start>Settings > Control Panel > Internet Options > General tab > under Temporary files, click on Delete Cookies

Uninstall Programmes
Click > Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs and uninstall the following programs (if present):

SaveNow

Then delete the following Folder indicated in BLUE if it still exists.

C:\Program Files\SaveNow

Other than that you appear to be clean. You have a pretty good CPU and decent memory so they shouldn’t be slowing you down. No pop ups, constant egg timer or anything like that?

Open Task Manager and look at the following:

Performance tab – what is your CPU usage?

Processes tab – sort the list by clicking on the ‘Mem Usage’ column and tell me the top 5 applications and the memory they are using.

Can you also click on My Computer on your desktop, then point to your hard drive and tell me the drive capacity and the available free space?
