Instead of reformatting, which is so much work, let's delete these 2 folders from Drive E.

E:\WINDOWS\
E:\Program Files\

Delete the contents of this folder, leaving it empty:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Norton AntiVirus\Quarantine\
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Internet Security 2006\Quarantine\

Start HiJackThis & go to Config>Misc.Tools> Delete a file on reboot...

In the popup box that appears, copy/paste in:
- C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\popcaploader.dll
Click the Open button.
Click YES when prompted to restart your computer.

After you have rebooted, post a fresh HijackThis log & let me know if there's anymore problems.
