Clear your Temp and Temporary Internet Files: Go to
Start >
Run and type
cleanmgr in the box. Let it scan your system for files to remove. Make sure
Temporary Internet Files and
Temporary Files are
checked and click
OK.
Using Windows Explorer, navigate to and delete the following
file:
C:\WINDOWS\
drsmartload95a.exe
If the file resists deletion, reboot into Safe Mode to delete it.
