Only file I ask you to delete is:

C:\Program Files\Jolly Technologies\Print Studio 2.0\qid.exe

Then clear your cookies. Launch FireFox and go to Tools > Options, under Privacy, clear cookies and cache.

Are you experiencing any other problems?
