Java should be present in the Control Panel.

Navigate to that folder and see if it exists. Delete anything within tmp folders in that folder, but leave the folders themselves.

Delete this file:

C:\Documents and Settings\Dustin Brown\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javapi\v1.0\jar\jar .jar-29d43e43-40ec3f00.zip

This is a minor part of the fix, don't dwell on it....yes, please carry on with the rest of the fix.
