Unable to get rid of Internet pop-ups.

I am unable to get rid of browser window pop-up. Symantec AV and Microsoft Anti-Spyware are reporting clean but Panda Activescan reports numerous adware, spyware, and viruses. Followed 5 Step Process from Microbell's post. Unable to update Windows XP. Here is my HJT log:
