I am running windows XP. Tried to open regedit but would not open with following error message
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal operation.
CS:054c IP:ffe4 OP:fe ff 1d 99 21
Choose close to terminate the application.
Have norton antivirus - found W32.alcra.B and was deleted.
Tried adware, spybot and MS antispyware without much luck.
Currently scanning thru trendmicro house call.
please advice what should i do next?
