If your system is randomly running at 100% CPU usage, then in addition to
linderman's suggestion, you might also want to run
Adaware and Spybot as you may have some malware or spyware running in the background.
After running those and you still have trouble, you might want to follow the instructions to post a
'HiJakThis log. Post it in the
hijackthis forum.
