Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the following files and if you still see them there, delete them. (right click the file name and choose delete)

C:\WINDOWS\syste
C:\Documents and Settings\nixon\Application Data\Sskknwrd.dll

Please run another online scan at Panda and post the results here along with a new HijackThis log.
