Ok- I should have waited but went ahead and guessed what Microbell meant. Here are the files I entered: c:\program files\best pop up killer (just in case it was there)

It didn't reboot and gave me this warning: Pending File Rename Operations Registry Data Has been removed by external process!
Did I screw up and have I affected my system
