Andrew,

Please double click on smitrem.exe now.
In the window that pops up, type this into the "Extract to:" box - C:\
Then click the Start button

Go back into Safe Mode

Once in Safe Mode, click Start > Run - type C:\smitRem\Runthis.bat <Press enter>
Follow the prompts & when it finishes, it shall produce a log for you at C:\smitfiles.txt

I shall require that log in your next reply
