Apart from these minor entries that requires fixing, your log appears clean:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: Domain =
O17 - HKLM\Software\..\Telephony: DomainName =
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: Domain =

Those blank boxes which you're experiencing are probably caused by some security measures. Those boxes contained advertisements & the security apps have blocked the adservers.

Have you got any of these installed:

Host File
IE-SpyAd
Spyware Blaster

If possible, kindly list down the security apps you have installed on the machine.
