Navigate to this folder - C:\Documents and Settings\Kevin\Cookies\
Delete these cookies:

kevin@atdmt[1].txt
kevin@doubleclick[1].txt
kevin@tribalfusion[2].txt
kevin@ads.pointroll[2].txt
kevin@ask[1].txt
kevin@atdmt[1].txt
kevin@doubleclick[1].txt
kevin@tribalfusion[2].txt

Download & launch KillBox v2.0.0.175.exe (it's important that you get version v2.0.0.175)

Run KillBox & paste the following locations into KillBox one at a time:

C:\Program Files\SpywareStrike\

Checkmark the following boxes :
- Delete on Reboot
- Deltree (inclue subdirectories)
Click the RED X button
Answer YES when asked to confirm file deletion
Answer YES when prompted to reboot now

Post a new HJT log & let me know how the machine is behaving now
