Uninstall HJT List
An update of additional steps taken trying to resolve this issue. I have applied a Winsock2 Fix, that didn't fix it. A VX2 Cleaner, that didn't find anything. I also installed Mozilla Firefox to see if it was corrupted IE files keeping me from connecting, that didn't work either. I'm beginning to wonder if I would be better off to just bite the bullet and format the hard drive. As many hours as I've put in on this, I could have easily done that by now..... Anyway, here is the log:
