The smitfiles.txt you posted appears erronous. The one you posted looks like the directory listing of your system32 folder. Please take a look at this location for the file - C:\smitfiles.txt

In the meanwhile, please download O18fix.zip
Unzip the .reg file inside to your desktop.
Double click the file to merge it into the registry and click YES if it asks.

Then delete this file - C:\WINDOWS\system32\InstaFinder_inst245.exe

Reboot & post a fresh HJT log. Please tell me how your machine is behaving now.
