Hi.
This file still needs to be deleted:
C:\WINDOWS\secure32.html
Try deleting it in Safe Mode if you struggle to remove it. Keep checking for it's existence until you can no longer find it.
Open up Windows Explorer. In the Address bar type or copy and paste.
C:\RECYCLER
It should display the contents of the recycler folder.
Using the keyboard, press CTRL +A and the hit the Delete key.
