I actually seem to have fixed the problem. I had previously run those and other scans and come up clean.

However since it seemed to be only 1 profile that was causing a problem I booted in safe mode and manually deleted all files in the temp directory of the profile. As well as all temporary internet files.

Since having done this it now seems to be working ok.
