I've just finished the above steps so unsure whther it has worked or not. Thanks for your help.
I had the following issues as I went through:
1. Add/Remove Programs does not appear to work in Safe Mode. I had to uninstall in Normal Mode and then revert to Safe Mode when removed.
2. C:/Program Files\MyWaySA\ doesn't exist. Could this possibly have been removed as part of the uninstall?
