McAfee wasn't uninstalled properly. It may conflict with Norton & cause your machine to slow to a standstill.

I suggest that you uninstall Norton now. Then re-install McAfee agin. Reboot & uninstall McAfee properly before re-installing Norton again.

Let me know when you have done that so that we can proceed with disinfecting your machine. I do not wanna risk creating unnecessary conflicts within your OS by proceeding with the fix.

Please post a new HJT log after you have done so.
