Crack open the case and take a good look at the capacitors on the board. Are any broken, leaking or bloated?

Power irregularities aren't friends with electrical components, and the failing of the UPS could very well have fried your board in some way. Do you have another power supply you could put in temporarily?

Hope you filled out the protection plan on the UPS...
