XP USB Midi driver problem

Hello !

I have M-Audio Keystation 49e USB keyboard. It is driver free, and
when I connected it first time, my PC woke up with the KB's name.
I can see it in control panel as USB composite device and music device.
My sound card (AC97) has correct drivers.
Still, all music SW's (Reason, Live 4 and Fruitty) says that "no midi input".
The keyboard is OK as it is tested with identical PC (Fujitsu-Siemens, Scaleo)
and it works fine.
Seems like something is wrong with my OP USB-Midi section, just can't find what.
Any ideas ????

Thanks,
