Memory issues

Hi guys,
my problem in kinda weird. It is about a mediacenter computer. It very high end.
3.2ghz
4gb of ram
4 x 400gb hard drives
tv tuner etc..
the problem is that last night i left it on and the power went out.I try to power it up and find out that the UPS was closed.Apparently at night the power went out and the ups went out also. When i poered it up it was so slow and i performed the basic troubleshouting steps and found out the following,
The rams are read in system properties as 2.6gig instead of 3gb +extended(that is the noral state)and that one of the hard drives is corrupted(not accessable unless it is formatted).I individually teted the four ram chips and they are all fine.System restore didn't do a thing.Any ideas guys?
