what power supply do you have,when you get bios beeps write down the sequence,because the code pinpoints the problem
put some arctic silver on the h/s

reseat the ram
reseat the video card
disconnect all the drives
reseat the main power lead and the 4 pin
reset the cmos
start it and see if it posts
