6600 GT Black/Green Pixils, almost like missing Textures appearing

Please help!
I have posted earlier on this forum this same issue but unfortunatly It hasn't been resolved.
Lately all the high end games like Serious Sam 2, Black and white 2 and X3 have been giving me problems, and even games like world of warcraft, counter-strike source occasionally get this problem now as well..
Basically what it is... is the game runs fine for a while, about 2 minutes, then suddenly Textures start to flicker and disaper, or turn black on all 3d objects in game, eventually it gets so bad it looks like someone is randomly placing missing textures throughout my games. A Prime Example is this screenshot here from X3, note: it is not the games fault, all games are doing this now.

My Pc Specs are

3.4 ghz Pentium 4
6600 gt 128 meg
1 gig ddr2 ram

My specs are not In my opinion outdated so im not sure why my 3d card is doing this but regardless it is so annoying now Im thinnking if of just throwing this pc out the window and forking out $3000 for a new one.

The Temp of card usually is 60 degrees and goes to about 80 while gaming which I've been told is pretty normal ( Degrees Celcius )

I cannot take a screenshot with this glitch as whenever I take a screenshot my Pc automatically fixes it up, but im going to try draw what happens in photoshop to best represent it

These glitchs happen after about 5 mins of game play and once there will not go away unless I alt tab for a few mins, Im begining to think its a heat issue but it shouldn't happen Period... this 3d card is less than 12 months old
They just flicker and bounce around the 3d models on the screen, I am wondering if perhaps its a power supply problem..

Yes all Graphics are updated, Chipset, direct x ect, Pc has been blown out with an air compressor.
